I was hitting one racino when I got made (slot malfunctioned and the attendant insisted surveillance check the history of the machine before giving me a receipt for the cashier. The racino has smaller jackpots and very few 5 figure JPs compared to the casino. I didn't see any bubble craps or VBJ but the video poker may have a better pay table. The racino is closer to a big city, so that may be why it's so crowded, but I was disappointed when it first opened that it was slots only. The racino was quite crowded, much more than the casino I normally go to, and nobody was wearing masks for COVID despite whatever upsurge in COVID cases are going on right now. The winner only had about $46 of credits left on the machine after the voucher printed out. I'm not sure if racinos tax at the cage when you cash in your voucher for amounts over $600, because it is a state lottery thing. I saw somebody playing Fortune 88 and they won the Major JP for $816 and the JP reset to $800, but the machine printed out a voucher instead of adding on the credits. But if I get a Player's card, I can get $2 off the $24 buffet. What they use the scan for, I don't know. Nobody is getting in without getting scanned. There were guards there scanning the back of driver's licenses at the door. I walked into the local racino to take a look around.
